Mission Statement….

Strength In Numbers (SiN) is a guild surrounded by a vale of friendship and brotherhood, we pride ourselves on our camaraderie with our brothers in arms. SiN promotes working together while reaching each others goals, weather they be gear, pvp status, or leveling. SiN’s primary goal is to bring like minded players together under one banner and allow for mutual growth, development and promotion with in the organization.

SiN strives to build a good relationship with other guilds in the community by helping where we can no matter what the request is as long as it does not break any of our charter rules. SiN believes helping others out, is in the communities best interest while also showing SiN’s dedication to the common interests of the community.

Guild Structure….

SiN runs a seven person council which is the voice of SiN, each member of SiN has a voice on all guild matters but with out true leadership a guild can not prosper. SiN is a democracy in the sense that the council will not act on a motion with out the consent of the whole guild. The council is also the group that will handle all disciplinary actions within the guild.

On top of the council SiN will be running class leaders for each player classes with in the game. The positions are open to anyone in the guild and will be voted upon by the entire guild. This is not a popularity contest we are looking for the best of the best for each class; these people will be responsible for their respective class and will help players with all aspects of the class as well as being representatives for each class to report any issues or concerns to the council.

Other positions within the guild will become open as the guild sees the need to create new positions.

Rules and Regulations….

SiN requires all potential members to fill out the application form located on the web site we reserve the rights to reject any application at any time for any reason. All applicants will be informed via email with in twenty-four hours of the receipt of the application letting them know of the status of their application. Upon approval of application the applicant will become a trial member of SiN of which we will evaluate the applicant and make a final decision based on their actions and evolvement in the guild. This process will take no longer the thirty days from the day of application approval.

SiN is not a mixed faction guild we require all members to be of the same faction as the guild. For SWTOR SiN is going to be Sith just like we did in SWG where we were Imperials. SiN also does not allow for members to be in multiple guilds we require complete dedications to the guild. If a member is found to be in another guild that member will be immediately removed from SiN and will not be accepted back into the guild. This rule is tough only due to past experiences with members being in multiple guilds.

SiN has chosen to be an adult based guild which causes us to have some age requirements, this does not mean that individuals that do not meet our age requirements are not welcome to do runs with SiN or that they are not good enough for SiN. SiN has had better experiences with staying with individuals that are around the same age. The age requirement for SiN is 18 years or older.

SiN uses the voice communication system Ventrilo and it is mandatory that all members of SiN have the capability to join the voice server. The primary reason for this is for easy communication during guild events, pvp, and guild meetings.

SiN requires all members to show the utmost respect for all members of SiN as well as all players on the server.
